Changing Company Address For Registered Office

• First of all you need an authorization code to make the changes online. You can obtain that code by filling in the form: DOWNLOAD
• I requested the form by phone here: Konstantia Evaggelou, tel. +357 22 404319
• Send the form to the e-mail mentioned in the form on page 2. I got my codes within 15 minutes by e-mail.
• The codes aren't the authorization codes, but with these codes you can login here https://efiling.drcor.mcit.gov.cy/ and select "Company Management"
• Use the two numbers from the document you received to login
• Then go to "Company Management" again
• A window opens where you can change the authorization code
• Keep the first field empty ("old code")
• Enter a 6 digit number in the "new code" and "repeat code" field
• Save - now this is your authorization code. SAVE IT somewehere, you will need it later!!!
• Log out
• You should be still on the website https://efiling.drcor.mcit.gov.cy/ and login with your details (using the Login button). If you have no login data, you need to create an account.
• After logging in, click on "Services for changes and certified copies", choose "Limited Company" and enter your company number without "HE". In my case that's 431763.
• Now it's asking for the previously mentioned authorization code. Enter it and continue.
• Go to "Alteration of address of registered office"
• Click on the pencil on the right at "HE2-Communication of the address of the Registered Office or change to it (HE2) *"
• Enter your address and click on "Search" - probably it will NOT be found. Instead you see a button below saying "Create new".
• Add your address, but be careful: it has to be entered in Greek!!! Use Google translator on your phone (with your camera) to read the fields that need to be entered.
• To enter the fields, I looked up my own company on the VIES register (because my lawyer already registered the correct address for VIES - he just registered the registered office address on himself). https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/#/vat-validation
• Add the address, confirm AND approve afterwards as well.
• Now you can click on "Add to basket"
• Go on "Basket" in the menu on top.
• Click on "Check out"
• Pay the 20€ in fees through JCC
• You should immediately get a PDF including confirmation of the registered office address in the browser.
